Our Promises to You

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your tour for any reason, we’ll issue you a refund or a credit toward a future tour with us.

  • We promise to provide high-quality tours that feature delicious food, knowledgeable tour guides, and unique and authentic experiences.

  • We commit to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the tour, as well as to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the tour. We follow all relevant health and safety guidelines.

 Terms and Conditions

  • All tours are described to the best of our ability, but please note that the tour may be subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking; failure to do so may result in cancellation of the tour. We accept all major credit cards. Gratuity for tour guides is not included.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 48 to 72 hours before the tour will be issued a credit for a future tour. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows won’t be refunded.

  • All participants must be in good health and able to walk a moderate distance, as some tours may include walking or standing for extended periods of time. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Tours operate rain or shine.

  • By participating in our tour, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the tour.

  • Participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by this tour company.
